Until when can I cancel my booking?
The booking cannot be canceled, but you can resell it to other users on Takyon until 11:59 PM on the day before check-in.
What reasons are accepted for a refund?
Any reason.
How much is refunded?
100% in credits if the vacation is resold.
Takyon always guarantees a purchase offer in credits—usable on the platform—equal to 50% of the booking price.
How can I request a refund?
To resell your booking:

2. Go to Wallet
3. Click on “Sell” and set your price
Takyon will send you an email within 24 hours with the Tak (the resellable version of the booking) and detailed instructions on how to manage and list it.

Until when can I cancel my booking?
Until the day of arrival.
What reasons are accepted for a refund?

– A 15% deductible is applied, except in cases of hospitalization or death.
