Gitav Gift Cards will be back in October

Gitav Gift Cards are being renewed and will soon return with a new graphic design, created to gift special Gitav holiday moments.
Purchases will not be available until 30 September 2026, but from 1 October 2026 the Gift Cards will be online again.
Gift Cards that have already been purchased remain valid and can be used as usual, according to the applicable conditions. For information or support, you can contact us at info@gitav.com

How to redeem

Just tell us the code of the card when you make your reservation.

Participating properties

This Gitav Gift Card can be used in all Gitav group properties:

Gitavillage

Terms and conditions

Gitav Gift Cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the beneficiary indicated on the Gitav Gift Card at the time of purchase.

Gitav Gift Cards can be used by guests staying in a participating hotel, village or holiday house of the Gitav group.

Gitav Gift Cards are not redeemable by guests staying in tent or caravan.

Gitav Gift Cards are valid for 18 months. We regret to inform you that we cannot extend the validity of the card under any circumstances.

Gitav Gift Cards can’t be combined with other offers from the Gitav group.

Only one Gitav Gift Card can be used for each booking.
It is not possible to use several Gitav Gift Cards for bookings of consecutive stays in the same facility, even if they are in the name of different persons.

Gitav Gift Cards are non-refundable.

If the booking amount is less than the value of the Gitav Gift Card, any remaining balance will be forfeited.

If you redeem your Gitav Gift Card for a booking and subsequently have to cancel it (within the terms accepted at the time of booking), you can request its reactivation.
The Gitav Gift Card can only be reactivated if the initial terms of validity (those communicated at the time of purchase) are still applicable and it can only be used at the facility chosen for the first redemption.

In the case of bookings made with the BeSafe or Takyon rate plans, Gitav Gift Cards cannot be reactivated in the event of cancellation or resale of the booking, even if within the terms and conditions.

The conditions listed below remain available as a reference for Gift Cards already purchased and will be confirmed or updated when online purchases become available again.
