This year, the Gitav Academy is doubling its appointments.

We started on Thursday 24 March at the Argentario Osa Resort, with a full immersion dedicated to the Staff of all Gitav structures: focus on digital innovations that impact both Sales-Revenue and Marketing dynamics.

The pandemic has greatly changed the habits of travellers and Gitav has reviewed its Sales and Marketing strategies to intercept demand and assess the new key market indicators.

In the following days, the Academy focused on reception services and, in particular, on housekeeping.

The course was enjoyable, informative and engaging, increasing knowledge, method and detail along with the right moves to make. Optimising time in safety, replacing marginal cleaning with suitable sanitisation, makes the Group socially responsible, responding to the company’s objectives: “healthy environment, safety and environmental protection”, thanks to the teaching of the Kiwa-certified Manager for Healthy Environments, Maddalena Piscopo.

The company’s Mission is even stronger: Positivity and Harmony remain the leitmotif that guides the Group to create a global ecosystem of wellbeing for staff and customers.

On Thursday 31 March and Friday 1 April, on the other hand, part of the Marketing & Sales Staff was involved in a workshop at the Del Rosso – Da Verrazzano Hotel Institute, where the main aspects of managing commercial and communication levers were presented to the young students.

Four macro topics formed the basis of all the lessons: tools and digital, data and creativity.
