Third edition of the Gitav Academy, between Italian hospitality traditions and new technological and sustainability challenges.
21.03.2023 – Yesterday, at The Caesar Park Hotel in Orbetello, the third edition of the Gitav Academy, the training course for staff wanted by the CEO of the Consortium, Gloria Francorsi, began.
Over the course of 9 days, staff are involved in sessions, in presence or online, on general and vertical topics, according to their specific skills.
A full immersion with a mixture of practical experience, project work and theory concrete, which allows to learn about all aspects of the company – values, territory, marketing, revenue, sales, human resources – and the tools to build the relationship with the Customer in the structure – internal processes, complaint management, pms, crm, etc.
The Gitav Academy was created not only to train, but also to motivate and enable young people and professionals to acquire new knowledge and have a broader vision of what they will face in the structure in the following months.
