Gitav Gift Cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the beneficiary indicated on the Gitav Gift Card at the time of purchase.
Gitav Gift Cards can be used by guests staying in a participating hotel, village or holiday house of the Gitav group.
Gitav Gift Cards are not redeemable by guests staying in tent or caravan.
Gitav Gift Cards are valid for 18 months. We regret to inform you that we cannot extend the validity of the card under any circumstances.

Only one Gitav Gift Card can be used for each booking.
It is not possible to use several Gitav Gift Cards for bookings of consecutive stays in the same facility, even if they are in the name of different persons.
Gitav Gift Cards are non-refundable.
If you redeem your Gitav Gift Card for a booking and subsequently have to cancel it (within the terms accepted at the time of booking), you can request its reactivation.
The Gitav Gift Card can only be reactivated if the initial terms of validity (those communicated at the time of purchase) still apply.
